Many years ago, I worked for the confectionery company who produced salted caramel fudge for Gordon Ramsay - that was the first time I had experienced the flavour. This is nothing like it. It is overly sweet and just, wrong. Adding a shot or two of espresso does however at least make it drinkable if you have a very sweet tooth. Read More
